The drying line comes prior to line of cooling & stunning and packing , it follows pre washing and pre drying of the poultry , the line is made of stainless steel 301, also the carrying Hook are made of stainless steel 301, wheels are anti- friction and fit for foodstuff.

There is driving engine with a capacity matches with the line length with speed gradable control . Since the line length depends on the volume capacity Of slaughtering line , Cooling and freezing set depends mainly on the room volume and the quantity to be cooled which are group of Condensers & Compressors & accessories and electrical equipment that are executed under the supervision of trained and specialized cadre.
